Evan Segal is an accomplished professional in commercial real estate financing, with over 30 years of experience as a commercial lender and business advisor in the Philadelphia region. He works closely with business owners and real estate investors to navigate the financial landscape and secure funding for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Evan specializes in financing commercial property purchases and refinances, land acquisitions, construction projects, business acquisitions, working capital, and other complex or special situations. Leveraging a broad network of local and national lending partners, he arranges financing solutions for transactions ranging from $500,000 to $10 million. His experience spans office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily properties.

In addition to his lending expertise, Evan is a licensed real estate agent and an active member of the community. He serves on the boards of several organizations, including Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) and the Hebrew Free Loan Society of Greater Philadelphia.
