James Yi is an Associate Advisor with SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, serving the greater Philadelphia market.

Prior to joining SVN, James worked for a family-run business where he learned to value work ethic and superior customer service. He has contributed to the management of his family's real estate investment portfolio by assisting with the leasing process to prospective tenants.

After graduating Temple University, he had no doubt that real estate was his passion. With his customer service background, he aims to impact his client and community in a positive way.

In his free time, he enjoys staying active by playing basketball. He also enjoys traveling with his family.
