Licensed Broker in PA & NJ

With almost 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as a Broker and Founder, Loraine Rahm now serves as Senior Advisor/Director of SVN/Ahia Commercial Real Estate and continues to specialize in the sale of Commercial Investment Property to Institutional and Private Investors - Nationwide. 

In 2004 Rahm's former company, Pinnacle RE Group joined SVN and became SVN/Pinnacle RE Group with a National platform and Spirit of Cooperation.

Rahm entered Commercial RE in the early 1980 after serving as Founder and President of Condominium Conversion Services, Inc., where she directed complex condo conversion projects from inception through completion. 

Rahm is a licensed real estate Broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of several related trade Associations.  Over the year several of her accomplishments have been publicized and awarded by the trade.

Attended:  Temple University, Bucks County Community College and the Polley School of Real Estate.
