Monika Polakevic is a Vice President / Senior Advisor at SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, primarily serving the Eastern Pennsylvania and Central to Southern New Jersey markets. With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she brings a deep understanding of leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic advisory services. Her professional accomplishments have earned her numerous industry sales and performance awards, including the 2024 SVN President’s Circle Award.

Monika holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a global standard of professional achievement in the field. Holding the CCIM designation signifies that a professional has completed a rigorous, industry-respected program—including advanced coursework in financial, market, user decision, and investment analysis—along with ethics and negotiation training. This designation represents a professional community of recognized leaders in commercial real estate, with access to exclusive tools, a global network, and significant professional credibility. Monika currently serves as Membership Chair for the NJ/PA/DE CCIM Chapter.

Fluent in English and Slovak, with working proficiency in Czech and Polish, Monika brings a multicultural perspective to her work. She immigrated to the United States at age 19 and now resides in Yardley, Bucks County, with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, Monika enjoys skiing and traveling—always with a strong coffee in hand.
