Monika is a Sr. Advisor with SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, serving markets in Eastern Pennsylvania and Central through Southern New Jersey and primarily focused on office and investment assets. She is an energetic, multi-lingual real estate professional with over 13 years of experience in leasing, acquisitions, and disposition of commercial properties. Additionally, she possesses significant expertise in providing real estate related services, including market analysis, lease/sale negotiation and due diligence management.

Monika has been featured as a guest speaker on the 104.5 Philadelphia radio show and has also been featured in the US 1 newspaper edition representing the commercial real estate sector in the issue dedicated to Women In Business. Additionally, she has also served as an expert writer for the monthly Real Estate News column in the community newspaper Slovak in Amerika.

Monika is known for her boundless energy and enthusiasm with a strong focus on professional and personal development. She obtained her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which is recognized as a global standard for commercial real estate professionals and currently serves on the board of NJ/PA/DE CCIM Chapter. CCIM designees demonstrate extensive experience in commercial real estate and have completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and are recognized as leading experts in the industry. Monika is also a member of multiple networking and professional associations, including Developing Leader of the NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), Philadelphia Chapter and Bucks County Association of Realtors. She is fluent in English (Bilingual proficiency), Slovak (Bilingual proficiency), Czech (Professional working proficiency) and Polish (Limited working proficiency).

Monika currently resides in Yardley, Bucks County with her husband, their daughter, Isabella and her son, Liam. She enjoys outdoor activities, running, skiing, hiking and travel.
