Rachel Stein is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate.

In her role, she is responsible for the development, management, and oversight of all aspects of marketing, public relations and compliance for the firm. Additionally, she is responsible for researching, planning, creating and executing on the organization's marketing initiatives. This includes property marketing, content development, developing and administering systems for client reporting on marketing activities and evaluating marketing effectiveness based upon key metrics through various marketing channels.

Prior to her affiliation with SVN, she served as the Marketing Communications Manager for Botaneco, a chemical ingredient supplier in the personal care industry and Director of Marketing for Arte Italica, a manufacturer of high-end home decor. Rachel has extensive experience in the development and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives to support sales and brand recognition, as well as client communication and management. Rachel currently resides in Doylestown, Bucks County with her two sons. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
