Sam is an Associate Advisor specializing in commercial real estate, with a focus on guiding clients through acquisitions, leasing, and investment opportunities. He brings a strong financial background and analytical skill set to each transaction, enabling him to provide practical, data-driven insights tailored to his clients’ objectives.

Sam earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, where he developed a solid foundation in financial modeling, investments, and business analytics. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers within the Asset & Wealth Management group, where he gained experience in financial analysis, tax reporting, and navigating complex investment structures.

He currently resides in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active, following Philadelphia sports, and spending time with his two golden retrievers.
