Mr. Martin is an Associate Advisor with SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, primarily serving eastern Pennsylvania markets. He specializes in the sale and leasing of healthcare related office and investment properties.

Prior to joining SVN, he enjoyed a highly successful, 30-year career in capital equipment medical sales. During his tenure, he was consistently a top performer for companies such as Alcon Surgical, Medtronic, Bausch and Lomb Surgical and GE Cardiovascular Ultrasound. In addition to his medical sales experience, Mr. Martin has also served his communities as a paramedic, fireman, fire safety officer and emergency medical Technician. He is also a certified CPR instructor for the American Heart Association.

In addition to his medical and sales experience, Mr. Martin also possesses vast real estate planning and zoning experience. He served for nearly 10 years as vice chairman or chairman of the Warwick Township planning commission.

As a result of his vast experience, he is uniquely positioned within the marketplace to advise clients in all aspects of the medical real estate landscape with the benefit of his knowledge and perspective.
