Justine Nye is an Associate Advisor with SVN® Ahia Commercial Real Estate. She possesses more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She primarily focuses on serving the needs of real estate occupiers (purchasers and tenants) in Eastern Pennsylvania, assisting them with acquisitions, lease negotiations, lease renewals and transaction management and project management.

Prior to joining SVN, Justine spent 23 years working in the construction / development field in various roles ranging from Senior Accountant to Vice President of Operations. Following her tenure in the development field, Justine worked as Director of Operations for a Bucks County based real estate franchisee of a global real estate brand with more than 400 offices throughout North America. Justine possesses significant accounting and technological skills, which over the course of her career, she has utilized to structure and implement efficient policies and systems in order to increase production and revenue. Justine's passion for real estate combined with her diligence and experience has facilitated her success in numerous facets of the real estate industry, including operating as a principal in real estate investments, acquisitions and renovation projects.

Justine was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where she continues to reside with her husband, son and daughter.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, studying investment strategies, community volunteer work, DIY projects and relaxing on the beach.
